The Southwood Phase 1 and 2 is a boutique condominium development in the Upper Beaches in Toronto. Due to the location of this project in the Upper Beaches and the spacious suites available, Streetcar Developments, the real estate firm behind the project, decided to focus on young families and downsizers as their main target audience.

A dynamic sub-brand was created using corporate colours, graphics, messaging and warm neighbourhood photography. This marketing approach attracted potential buyers that valued balancing a dynamic urban lifestyle with purchasing an affordable home in Toronto.

Assets Developed

  • Direct mail pieces, floorplan handouts and brochures

  • Print advertisements and e-blasts

  • Billboards, a-frame signs, interior and exterior signage

  • Presentation centre design
